SENATE BILL NO. 78 "An Act relating to liability of certain limited                                                             
liability organizations holding liquor licenses" was read the second

Senator French, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 726.                                                             
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 78(JUD) "An Act                                                                       
relating to liability of certain limited liability organizations holding                                                        
liquor licenses; and relating to accidents involving the vehicle of a                                                           
person under the influence of alcoholic beverages" was adopted.                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
